I had such a pleasant stay at the hotel! The rooms were picturesque and the staff was incredibly genial. The breakfast menu was impressive with a diverse selection of delicious offerings, making it a standout feature. The only downside was the pressure the service staff seemed to be under at times.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms had everything you needed and were in a great location, perfect for concerts at the 3Arena. I especially loved the elegant presentation and diversity of delicious breakfast options.
Service
7.0
While the service staff seemed to be under extreme pressure, the breakfast menu was indeed impressive with an elegant presentation and a variety of tasty choices. However, at times, I felt like a bit of an inconvenience.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was very good, very near to the convention center and close to attractions like the 3Arena and Bord Gais Theatre. While not right in the center of Dublin, it was still a nice walk, especially being close to Grafton Street.
Dining
8.0
The clean buffet area and delightful hot dishes truly stood out for me.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were top-notch, with all the necessary amenities available. The bar setting was particularly fascinating, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.

My partner and I had high hopes for a special occasion, but the hotel fell short in some areas. The room was spacious, spotless, and quiet, but the balcony overlooking the water was missing, and the sleeping sofa was uncomfortable. The service was fantastic overall, despite some issues with being ignored at the bar. The location was great for a bit of calm while still having easy access to the city center. Despite some drawbacks, it's still a nice hotel overall.

7.4/10

The hotel had perfect and always spotless rooms, but was way overpriced for what we got. The double bed was very small with thick wood paneling, feeling claustrophobic. The service was helpful offering a refund but lacked early check-in communication. The location was great, very close to the red line Luas and main attractions but a bit out of the way from everything. The dining experience was dissappointing with some cold cooked food, yet self-service.

The hotel was wonderful with spacious and clean rooms, amazing staff, and a convenient location right on the street. The beds were very comfortable, providing a spotless and cozy stay. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing in terms of freshness and variety. Overall, a great value for money.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing robes and very friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless.
Service

The service was absolutely amazing, with very nice and helpful staff throughout the hotel, especially shoutout to Stephen from the health club. The location was very convenient for transportation needs.
Location

The hotel provides privacy with contemporary screens/partitions and is close to various restaurants and bars. The direct access to the air link and hop on hop off buses outside made the stay enjoyable.
Dining

The dining experience was okay, but not exceptional. The options were limited, and some items were not appetizing.
Facilities

The hotel facilities were good but beware of ongoing refurbishments that might cause disturbances.

6.2/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were somewhat disappointing, having to sit on the floor late at night to get basic amenities like water and coffee, and dealing with noisy kids. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially thanks to the friendly gym instructor named Jacob. The location was convenient, although it seemed to be changing for the worse. The dining options were a big letdown, with poor-quality mass-produced food, despite ample choices. Facilities were decent but could use some improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not as expected, with inconveniences like sitting on the corridor floor for water and coffee, and noise from other guests.
Service
9.0
The service stood out positively, particularly thanks to the exceptional assistance from Jacob, the gym instructor, and the reception staff.
Location
7.0
The location was initially convenient, close to Grafton street and Dublin center. However, it seemed to be undergoing some changes that weren't promising.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing with low-quality, lukewarm food and a limited selection, despite expectations of better choices.
Facilities
6.0
The overall facilities were average but had room for improvement for a more enjoyable stay.
